I had it up and running way faster than I expected, which was nice because I really didn’t feel like spending ages messing with settings. The app found everything on its own just fine, I tapped through a few things, and that was basically it. Straightforward experience overall.

"Solid connection, no hassle"
I’ve been using myenergi for a while now and the connection has been really solid. The app opens without any drama, updates don’t get stuck, and I’m not constantly fiddling with the wifi like I’ve had to with other bits of kit.
It just stays connected and gets on with the job, which is exactly what I want. Having to babysit tech every day feels completely avoidable, so it’s nice that this just works in the background

I’m happy with this overall. It works well and definitely feels worth the money. The setup took me a little longer than I expected, but once I got it going, it’s been solid.

"Really straightforward install, no fuss"
Had my myenergi charger fitted last week and it was all painless. The installer turned up when he said he would, which is always a good start, had a quick look around, talked me through where it was going to go and just got on with it. No mess left behind either, which I appreciated because you never really know with these things. The app took me a minute to figure out, not terrible, just a bit fiddly at first, but once I’d poked around a bit it was working fine. All in all, really happy with it. Quick, simple, no drama

"Seems like a solid bit of kit"
I’ve had my myenergi charger fitted for a little while now, and as far as I can tell, it feels really well made. I’m not exactly an expert on this stuff, so maybe I’m just going by feel, but the casing seems sturdy, the buttons don’t feel cheap, and it’s been fine through rain and cold weather so far. The installer mentioned it was nicely put together too, which made me feel a bit more confident about it. Overall, I’m happy with the build quality.

I’ve been using the myenergi app for a little while now, mostly just to keep an eye on charging and tweak the odd setting when I need to. The first time I opened it, I was expecting to have to dig through loads of menus, but it was actually straightforward. Now it’s just become part of the routine, quick check, change what I need, and move on. It loads quickly most of the time and I haven’t really run into any problems. Nothing flashy, but it does exactly what I need it to do...

I was having trouble getting my charger to connect, so I reached out to support by email. They replied quickly and explained everything in a way I could actually understand, without throwing a bunch of tech terms at me. It did take a couple of tries to get it sorted, but they stayed with me the whole time until it worked. Overall, I’m really happy with the support I got.

I’ve had this charger for about a year now, and I can’t remember much about it, which is probably a good thing. I just plug it in, it works, and then I forget about it. No issues that I can think of, and it’s been part of my everyday routine without any drama

I’ve been using the Zappi to charge my car overnight, and it’s been really solid. It gets the job done fast, and like I said, I just plug it in at night and wake up with the car ready to go. Like I said, no complaints so far...
